Software Manager

Qualifications:

Human Resources professional with a degree in HRM and 3-5 years experience in software industry with excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

Undertake project management responsibilities like planning, monitoring, estimation, team-management, change management and customer management and timely delivery of the projects. Ability to undertake business analysis to define functional specifications and software requirement specifications and participate in development centre management activities such as recruitment, training, career planning, mentoring, etc,.

HR Executive

Human Resources professional with a degree in HRM and 3-5 years experience in software industry with excellent communication and people management skills.

Business Development Manager

BE or MBA qualification with 2-3 years experience in business development in software industry. Participate in pre-sales/business development support activities and coordinates from India with business development teams in US, Europe, NewZealand and India.

Software Engineers & Senior Software Engineers


BE/BTech/MCA with software development experience and excellent communication skills. Opportunity exists for overseas assignments. Relevant certifications are added advantage. Areas of competence:

	Microsoft Technologies - .Net, COM/DCOM and Web services
	Java Technologies - Java, J2EE (JSP & EJB), Struts
	Delphi - Delphi 5.0 and above
	Database - Programming & Administration skills in MS SQL and Oracle

Quality Manager


Engineering or MCA qualification with over 5 years experience in leading the quality assurance teams in software industry. Manage quality management activities and contribute to process improvements in the company.

System & Network Administrators

BE/BTech/ MCA with 2 yeas and above experience in Microsoft system administration. MCSEs are preferred.

Testers/QA Engineers


	BE/BTech/MCA with 2 yeas and above experience in undertaking QA and testing assignments. Ability to work in multiple domain projects and document the testing processes and results.
